Questions, bugs, refunds, account requests. We read everything.
Email support@eaterr.app and we'll reply within two business days.
It speeds things up if you include your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Eaterr Plus and Pro are billed through Apple, so they're managed in your Apple account rather than in the app. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Eaterr. You can change plan or cancel there, and cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app caused the problem, email us too and we'll help sort it out.
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything attached to it: profile, pantry, saved recipes, cooking history, nutrition logs, and assistant chats. It cannot be undone. If you can't get into the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll do it for you.
If you want a copy of your data, or have a question about how it's handled, email us or read the Privacy Policy.
Recipes are generated by AI from what you tell the app. Always check ingredients yourself before cooking, especially if you have allergies. If you ever see a recipe that ignores an allergy you've set, please report it and include a screenshot.
